Got this a while ago has saved me so much money i would go through two boxes of tampons a period now i just use this i never ever feel it once it’s in and it’s never leaked for me and i have a really heavy flow saves your life when you don’t have a tampon but have this in all you need to do is wash it with some water and put it right back in there’s no mess either which is not what i expected so glad i got this

I am a completely new cup user and I LOVE the Lily cup one. I have had two children and so was really nervous about trying a cup and even more nervous when I saw how petite it was! I’ve used it twice now and no leaks - getting easier to put it on the right place now too! Absolutely love love love. I have a ziggy which I am yet to try but if Lily cup one is anything to go by, I can’t wait! Never looked forward to periods until now!

This was my first period cut to use ever. It was easy to insert, comfortable to wear, easy to clean, no odor.. Only downside is I cannot figure out how to keep it in the compact it came with. It springs open. Overall, I am very pleased with this product. I did a lot of research before I settled on this brand and style.

I brought this Item a month ago trying to become more sustainable and make my periods less awful. I was worried as I had heard some horror stories from friends and others on social media, but I found the cup easy to use and although at first difficult to remove now that I have the hang of it it has completely changed my period routine. I used to hate wearing tampons as I found them so uncomfortable I was worried thought this would be the same but it seriously feels like I am not wearing anything at all. I don't normally write reviews for proudcts but I seriously love this.

Muy buena experiencia utilizando la copa menstrual. Es fácil de poner y quitar, no se nota, no molesta y, en mi caso que tengo poco/medio flujo, me ha aguantado más de 8 horas sin quitar.
Es muy fácil de limpiar y de transportar ya que se pliega y guarda en un estuche. Lo que más me gusta es la anilla que tiene para que puedas tirar con el dedo y sea más fácil el quitarla.
Además, el envío fué muy rápido y llegó muy bien embalado.
Estoy muy contenta al usarla y dejar de usar compresas y tampones. ¡Me siento más libre, cómoda y limpia!

This has to be the best purchase I've made in a long time! My time of the month has become all month. My friend had suggested buying a lily cup so I had to try it because she's having the same issues I am and she said she was saving a ton of money not having to buy pads and tampons. She was 100% right. I've not had any problems of it falling out, no "omg my flow is so heavy I just bled through my pants" problems, none of that!

My New Best Friend

I have been using this for a year now, and I love it. I must admit, getting used to it was definitely a learning curve... But by my 3rd cycle, i had developed a technique and it was heavenly. For the first 5 mins after I put it in, I feel a bit odd down there, but after that, you can forget all about it. Truly an amazing product!

Being a first time cup user I was a little nervous and wasn't sure which cup to buy, or from what brand. I'm so happy I came across Intimina and the Lily Cup One and I wish I would have bought it way sooner!! I'm currently on my third cycle since starting with the cup and I feel like I'm starting to nail the process of how to insert and take it out. The first couple of times I did it in the shower to practice. Now it's so easy and I love being able to keep it in for hours at the time without having to worry! When inserted right and far in enough I can go about my day and forget that I'm actually on my period.
