Great product and poor follow through.

I need a pilot ignitor for my 36" gas range I had installed about one year ago. My oven stopped working the day before Thanksgiving and I have been requested a call to get servcie or at least the part.

Excellent stove

A really solid product, very well assembled. It's truly a commercial quality stove, not to mention that its aesthetically pleasing. The constitution seems to have been completed with pride as even the packaging is superior with a plywood box cover and fabric cover for added protection in shipment. We researched extensively and found this to have equal to or well above units at twice the price. As I said this unit has preformed superbly in cooking and ease of use. It is of commercial quality and heavily built the stove grates are very thick and heavy a mansize two handed job to move them but heavy duty is what we were looking for. Oven lighting is very nice, I agree with others that I wish the night lights were blue instead of red. The only fault we've found is that the indicator light on the stove knob goes on and off with the temperature light. Being able to see at a glance the red indicator in the knobs is great, a wonderful safety feature, sadly with the oven indicator wired in parallel with the temperature light I feel was a big mistake. You just need to pay attention before you leave it unattended. This is the only flaw I've found but it doesn't negate the fact that this is a wonderful product I hole heartily recommend.

First few days of using have been ok. Components seem sturdy and quality-made. Only slight complaint is the (convection) oven fan is a little too loud in my opinion.

Heats up well, cooks evenly. The only issue I have had is with the racks. The racks do not slide in and out properly.
