Considering what you get for the price in comparison to other stoves, it's a pretty good value but it seems the compromise could be in quality.
After using the stove for only about a year or so, one of the first things I've noticed with at least one of the burners is the ignitor continues to "tick" even after the flame is ignited and making the suggested adjustments. This was only on one or two of the burners though.
The most annoying thing about this stove are the knobs. When using the oven at high temps, the knobs get extremely hot to the touch. It sounds like Forno has a fix for this, which I hope will still apply to our stove. The most recent "knob" issue is the spring behind the oven knob is now broken but functional. Again, this is only after about a year of use and its not like we use the oven daily.
Overall, I do love the burner BTUs and all the features of the stove at the price point so I guess I'm willing to live with it knowing I wasn't going to spend 10k on something similar. Time to put a warranty claim in for my yearish old stove.
This range looks beautiful in out remodeled kitchen. The oven has been hard to calibrate properly and I can smell gas from the burners when it is off. Need support but I need to write a review to get support which is strange.
