Great and fast service

This is our 3rd Forno, the first one was damaged, then replaced, the second one had issues that required service, and there was none available, so it was replaced. So far, we are happy with this one.

Just install the brand new stove one igniter don’t work. Set all the info to Forno. Still waiting on a response. Wish there was a local tech available. Seems to be an issue.

Registration - strange to require a rating

New purchase. Menu does not come with warranty or registration information. Strange to require rating for a new purchase. No serial number printed in the unit itself but a small piece of non sticky piece of paper.

We got this 36" slide in for our new remodel and it fits perfectly! No gap for spills, perfect fit. It is beautiful and time will tell how durable it is. I took a star because the oven temperature runs 25 degrees hotter than the setting, so that is quite a variance in my book.
