Beautiful Pro Style Range!

Had it for a couple months now and I'm so in love with it. I'm not a professional cook but some may disagree. It's performed flawlessly for whatever I've cooked on it. The burners are so versatile. This was the only range I found with all the burners at 20,000 btus and at 30" for my small kitchen setup. The simmer setting works great for rice and cooking eggs etc. The high works amazing for searing and all sorts of professional style dishes. All the burners and oven temperature have worked perfectly without any adjustments. I did have an issue with one of the burner knobs rubbing on the edge of the panel. I was able to fix it myself by removing the front panel and adjusting a couple mounting screws. This may be overwhelming for most but I'm very handy.
Everyone who sees this unit is amazed by it. It's well made and feels very professional. It's also easy to clean. I've made some mess for sure with some of the dishes I've cooked. I did have to contact Forno because the lower front panel has a dimple in the stainless steel. This was from an internal part that was pressing on it from assembly. I was once again able to remove the front panel and reposition the part so it wasn't pressing on the panel. Contact is done through the website. You can't talk to someone. I can say the response was within a short period of time. I'm still waiting for the panel. Was told it was on backorder. Going on two months. Not sure what the delay is. I also had supposed upgraded knobs sent to me because they were getting hot. Enough for my wife to say something. I figured it was normal. The ones they sent me were exactly the same. I hope they last but now have a extra set. Overall, I love this range! Note that if you decide to get it it's extremely important to have a high volume exhaust hood. The high btu output and heat that comes off this stove is very intense and should be properly exhausted. I also had to install a simple makeup air system. I have no issues with heat, cooking smoke or smells since my hood is amazing!

Great product overall, but one of the knobs is falling off, I think it is broken, contacting the warranty department for replacement

A professional stove not burdened with mother boards burning up etc. Five real burners.
Best bang for the buck available.
My only regret is that I was replacing a 30" stove as I wish I could have purchased a much larger model. With that said, the 30" stove cooks much larger than the one replaced due to the five LARGE burners.

I just bought this range. There was a screw missing that secures the handle to the door, so I don't have a handle to use.
