Professional style range

Just got this installed last night, but WOW! what a nice piece of equipment. The Range was amazingly packaged for delivery, and had no damage. Oven temp seems accurate right out of the box. So far only mild concern is the flame levels from the burner. On low when the inside burner is only running, it seems a bit high, would like to see a lower level or "simmer burner". Also when the outer burner is on low flame, the inner burner is high, not sure how this will affect cooking, since I've only used it once, but time will tell. Would have liked to see the inner and outer burner more at the same level of flame. But overall this is a very nice stove. The telescoping oven racks are awesome, and the heavy cast iron grate, the really nice too. Can't wait to use it more!

Great cooktop oven does not work correctly

I have sent 3 requests for service over the past 5 days and no one has gotten back to me so I cannot give a review for service. I rate the stove top A plus. I have not been able to use the oven as it does not maintain a temperature so I cannot rate that at all.

We love the stove-five beautiful burners! The really boil water quickly. The oven is right on temperature and the racks slide perfectly.
The enamel wipes up easily and the stainless steel really shines.
The company is very responsive to emails and calls you back if you need them to call you back.

I came across the Forno gas ranges when I was looking to upgrade from my previous range. As I researched the Forno ranges, I was impressed by the quality of the materials they use, especially since their ranges are at a more affordable price point. When the man who installed the range made a small error, I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service they provided. They walked me through each step that was needed and it was simple enough for me to do myself. I will be recommending Forno products to all my friends and family, especially since I am enjoying cooking again like I haven't done in quite a while. It is a beautiful residential range that makes you feel like you're in one of the best commercial kitchens in the country. You can't go wrong with a company that not only builds a quality product but stands behind it as well as Forno does.

Well Built Unit

I just purchased this unit after a lot of research. I could not be happier. As soon as you touch this range you can just feel the quality. The best part is that they are reasonably priced. The adjustment on the burners works perfect. The only thing that will take some getting use to is the ready eye night lights that can't be shut off. Which is really not a big deal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First issue I’ve had. (Oven temp)

Oven doesn’t get as hot as the dial setting. It’s under by about 50 degrees, doesn’t get to 500 when I need it to. Will follow up with outcome.
