My model is not listed. It is a 30" 5-burner dual-fuel range. I have sent an email requesting assistance on the front right knob. It is hard to turn, feels tight and is binding.

Having buyers remorse

Purchased our stove from a local retail vendor. Having a bit of buyers remorse. They don't the product very well. Gave us no instruction manual. Had to do some trial and error attempts. Don't know if we are signed up for any warranty. Your gas range info above doesn't list our Caprasca 5 burner model so I can't complete your form. So the model info I entered is wrong.

Outstanding customer service!

For my kitchen remodel I purchased an ensemble of Forno appliances and during the work a worker dropped the stove causing damage. I contacted Forno customer service and was assisted by Emilia M. who is nothing short of amazing. I explained what had happened and she provided a breakdown for replacement parts and I ordered the parts I needed. Instead of shipping the individual components she shipped complete door assemblies and oven rack along with other items and some at no charge. I found out during repairs that the main gas line was bent and unusable. After checking on availability it was determined that the correct part was no longer available due to design change. At Emilia's request I provided the invoice for my purchase and Forno along with Emilia informed me that since the part was no longer available that they would be replacing the stove in return for the damaged one. Let me say that there aren't enough stars in the sky to give Forno and Emilia for the outstanding service and attention I was given to remedy my misfortune. I am and will only purchase Forno products no matter the cost for any future projects. This is the level of service other companies should model their business after. Emillia and Forno in my opinion are rock stars!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
