All correspondence for warranty repair must be done through email. Would prefer to personally talk to a service agent. If all goes well with my warranty request I will give a better review.

Thermostat is off by 50 degrees and oven stopped working.

We bought the stove last year because we had heard it was taking a long time for appliance delivery. It came quickly and has been stored waiting on remodel to be finished. When unpacked there was a dent on one side and on the front cover under the door. Sent in an email to see what customer service will do. Waiting to see the outcome
