Beautiful stove but

The stove is beautiful and exquisite, however less than one month of using the stove it quit working. The stove works, but zero gas is getting to our range.

The product was damaged when I received it at my residence. I hope you will work with me to get a replacement gas regulator for this stove. Stove appears to be very well built
