Great oven comes with the best customer service

Bought this oven back in February 2022, and its the best oven I ever had. Its sleek and functional. The oven bakes evenly and Forno Customer service team is efficient and quick to response to any questions you may have. I also Own a Forno refrigerator and totally recommend Forno appliances.

Oven bottom igniter burnt out after 2 years

The oven bottom igniter burnt out after 2 years. I replaced it with a new igniter, and it still will not work.

Beautiful stove with disappointing functionality

Gorgeous range, but limited functionality. Burner rings get stains that don't come out when water or food is splashed on them.

the oven was damaged in shipping bottom left corner was bent in had to straighten it out to make the bottom cover plate fit

I love the stove, it fits all of our pans which we need with our large family. Frustrated that 2 grill covers were cracked upon arrival and one burner igniter doesn't turn off once the flame is lit however, they are fixing the problem for me.

Nice stove, but have had a few quality issues. Scratch on surface (they replaced part ASAP), oven was 75 degrees off & need adjustment, an igniter keeps firing even after lit.
