Working out the kinks

I am working on getting gas range registered because it has just been installed and one half of the burner in the oven is not lighting, causing very strong gas in the home.

Everything works ok. One of the racks came broken. Wish it had an integrated timer. Other than that, no complaints.

Not Happy With this Range

When the oven gets to temp the dials become scalding hot to the touch. I cannot even use the cook top because the entire range is so hot.

Oven temp measured at 350 when set at 375 degrees F.
