Burners "click" constantly

Simmer burners will ignite continuously no matter what setting. They are suppose to ignite when on high, however even on mid - low heat they continue to click and ignite. quite annoying. Burners also have trouble lighting occasionally. I made sure to have the appropriate gas line, gas valve and flexible gas hose installed for the total BTU's. Not sure if this is a safety feature or what, Forno has not returned my inquiry so I am posting on here.

Beautiful range! It gives a high end look to my kitchen. It even looks bigger! I absolutely love the look. I do wish I could purchase the griddle separately, but I’m having a hard time finding it

Beautiful addition to my kitchen. Very nice looking appliance. Easy to install. Very very heavy need at least to people to move it. I like the dual fuel option for the oven.
