Really Bad Service

Defective unit on arrival
When oven is on, outside surface like burner knobs get extremely hot like 146F or 63F, enough to cause burn.
Burner electronic igniters don't work.
Lights don't come on.
Forno Support has not responded in several days.

Front glass of stove shattered while making food while cooking. No one was touching it we heard a loud pop and then hot glass was all over our house and left marks on our floor

Forno oven

Beautiful oven. Looks great in my new kitchen. I am interested to see if the quality will hold up as it is suppose to be commercial grade. The sales team that sold me my oven was great and super helpful. We bought a gas stove top and gas oven 36 inch with six burners. We are excited to see how the convection oven works. One con of the oven off the bat is the lack of a timer for when cooking things.

Happy so far after a month of use. Only con so far is the knobs get very hot, safety concern for our young children.
