It's way better than a glass top range. The timer isn't very loud.

Goes well in our kitchen, had older model of same range, really like the new extra heating coils and temp sensors!!!

I love my new range. I don't need a lot of gadgets. I love the ability to go to 500 degrees and set exactly what temperature I want. It has a timer, what more do I need?
