Oven vent under back burner

I'm pretty satisfied with my stove. The only issue I've found is the oven vent is under the back burner and unless cooking at the same time, not to have anything set on top of it. I had a pot of oil from where I cooked earlier on that burner and the round piece in the center of the element gave off a foul burning smell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a very attractive appliance, and as a GE, has a good reputation. The price was good and I was able to install it myself. Cooking elements work quickly - the oven cooks well, but takes quite a bit to heat. I can live with it, but it's worth mentioning. The only other draw back: the stove top gets quite warm when the oven is on. For the price, it's a nice little unit! NOt 5 stars, but close.

Great stove

It is a simple stove that works great. The only downside to this stove is how hot the surface gets when the oven is on. Other than that it is a great stove.

Easy Install and great for a ton of use

We have had a previous model from GE and it lasted us a decade of daily use 3times a day!!! but when it came time to upgrade getting another GE was the logical choice.

Seems Good Overall

The Sensor coil burners seem to work well and heat everything quickly including pots of water for things like pasta. I don't see much difference in performance with these sensor coils and our old coil top range which is something that really concerned me. The oven bakes everything evenly but the heating element seems to cycle on more often than our old range. That might be because the oven vents so much heat through the whole top of the stove which gets quite hot to the touch. Our old range wasn't like that. I think that is the only thing that disappoints me about this range. Otherwise I enjoy using it. It also looks nice.

Great Range

This range is just perfect for me. The four burners work fast and cook evenly. The oven is easy to operate and easy to clean. The oven temperature I have found to be just about right for the recipes I have baked so far. The whole range is easy to clean on the outside.
