overall it serves it's purpose. heats well. because of the cost (low), it's not built like a tank, but it does what it's suppose to do

I love my new GE range! I chose GE because it’s a company that has been in my mom, aunts and grandmothers kitchens for as long as I can remember. They have always backed their products. It’s a beautiful addition to my kitchen.

It cooks and bakes nicely. I'm just disappointed with the asthetics. The top and burners are impossible to make look clean. I wipe/clean them regularly and it still looks dirty. Also the center sensor for the burners gets rusty easily. The stove top gets really hot when using the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
