Not self cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this oven, second time buying it, however, this model is not self cleaning. I did put that option in when looking. I’m not sure why this one popped up. It’s the only reason not giving 5 stars. I didn’t notice it till after the delivery.

Not what I Thought it would be

Not what I thought it would be. The stove seams light and cheaply made. The finish is very difficult to clean without streaking. Controls, burners and oven are sufficient but slow to heat up. Burner in front does not hold temperature as steady as I hoped.

Nice coil range

oven works well

Some of the coils pop up and stay that way till I press down again. Please fix this before warranty times out!

Attention Candy Makers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely HATE these burners because they have Sensors that will automatically turn down the heat while I am in the middle of cooking fudge and other candies that require high heat for boiling. I need the original style burners for candy making. Other than this issue, the rest of the oven works fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re glad the range is working well for you overall, and we’d like to provide more information about the Sensi-Temp technology. As of 2018, safety regulations require that all electric coil top ranges have temperature limiting capabilities, so that the risk of cooktop oil and grease fires is reduced. We don’t expect use of these burners to affect everyday cooking, as the automatic shut-off is temporary and is meant to only occur at a very high temperature.
