It looks nice but black is wrong color because everything shows up more on top but in oven hard to see how dirty it is. knobs should have a mark in one end to indicate location of the temperature gage
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our GE Range has performed exceptionally and we enjoy cooking our favorite meals on it. The oven equally works well too. Very impressed with our choice to buy this GE appliance.

Range was installed today. I have only used the oven thus far but it worked like a charm. Easy to use. The cosmetic design of the stove blends well with my upgraded kitchen. I will come back with an updated review once I use the stove top for about a month as I've read some have had difficulty with the sensi technology. Overall satisfied at this time with my purchase. This also has replaced my previous GE range of 10 years and that one still worked great, so hoping this one is just as good if not better!

Works very well for various tasks

I have been using this product for about 3 weeks, and so far, it has worked very well. Thus far, I have cooked pasta, steamed vegetables, cooked down tomatoes for sauce, nd it worked great. While the Sensi-temp burner does turn down for a little while, it does not seem to affect cooking too much. When I cook pasta, I just know that I need to keep manually stirring, to keep the pasta from sticking together, if it is not boiling at that moment. It does not affect the cooking time. The oven heats up quickly, much quicker than a glass-top we had previously. Overall, very pleased.
