Easy to clean, simple, and my only complaint is that the temperature gauge in the middle of the heating coil turned from silver to brass with the first use.

Back to the Basics

After 6 months of using a GE Electric Glass Top Stove, and the glass top cracking 3 times, I had to buy a new GE Electric Stove with the built in burners. I was told if you use the glass top for long period of times for example making soup it will cause the glass top to break. We are constantly making soup or boiling things in this house so we decided to go back to the burners and no glass top. Yesterday was the first day and it held up like a champ. Never again will I buy a glass top stove. Love the new stove we purchased.
