Very minimal suction power (even at max button setting). Battery life is so short. It is light weight and versatile, but not a good value based on the price.

Not for long haired people

I bought this a couple of years ago and initially was very happy. But if you have people with long hair in your house it’s very frustrating. The little castors, and the rollers get jammed with hair and don’t move. I’ve tried everything to get the hair out of the casters, using cutting tools and scissor. I realised I spent more time cleaning the vac than cleaning with it. I Looked online to replace the casters instead and they’re out of stock. I’ve given up as expensive lesson learned.

I would give 5 stars, but when I take the extender off, it opens the waste bin and the waste spills out everywhere.

I bought this because Dyson had a great sale going, and everything I've purchased over the years for my hardwood floors only picks up particles, but left dust behind in streaks. This machine catches everything and even buffs the floor to keep it's shine. Incredible product for me.
Unfortunately I just received mine about a week ago and the rollers on the bottom do not spin I was so excited about getting a Dyson and it was disappointing that it didn’t work and I have to go out of town just to send it back
