If you have hair, forget it.

I loved the easy way to move around the furniture, but that was it. The succion even in high is horrible, spits things out constantly even small crumbles,
It clogs at the base if you dare to vacuum a thing bigger than 1/2 inch, it clogs along the tube, it clogs on the entry to the tank. Instead of vacuuming my cat
hair it twists into braids and then throws out and will not sucking up again because now it created a thing that will clog the base.
Don't let me start with the little wheels, it is impossible to remove the hair out of those wheels, I have spent a lot of time doing it (more than vacuuming) and I have been trying to buy new ones and guess what, it has been out of stock for months.
The wheels working are scencial to keep your sanity because if they have hair tangles they will not move, so now you have a very difficult vacuum to move and push through the floor...yeah push because imagine does not have wheels at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not enough suction!

The head maneuverability is excellent. However, there is not enough suction in the unit -- when using the crevice tool, it cannot pick up all crumbs (crevice tool needs to be removed for all the crumbs to be picked up directly from the bottom of the canister.)- which any simple hand held vacuum can do. This leads me to believe that the roller heads are dusting/picking up debris rather than the suction. I have tried 2 units and both were no better straight out of the box. Dyson is offering to exchange for yet a third unit, but not sure how it would be any better than the first two. If they could update this model by keeping the head and improving the suction on it, it would be a 5-star vacuum. This is only being used on hardwood floors and no animals in the house and I have no issues with the canister size or anything else. Suction power is the most critical function of a vacuum. Without it, this is a glorified floor swifter.
I have an older upright Dyson "ball" vaccum which has been wonderful so I know they are capable of producing a vacuum with plenty of power. Just wish they would add some of that power to this model.

Horrible vacuum! So disappointed Horrible suction! Horrible charge and not worth what I paid! Wish I could return!

I bought this a couple weeks ago and love it! After I figured out there is no charging light, I was fine with just plugging it in overnight to charge. 20 minutes of vacuuming is enough as I have a small place. It’s lightweight - I have some arthritis in my hands but I can carry it and maneuver it well. It picks up my hairs and they don’t get caught in the roller!
Love how light weight it is and easy to grab for a quick clean up. It has a lot of power and stores easily. I didn't give it 5 stars only because it doesn't provide a space to store the hand tools.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Low suction

I bought this when we were moving to a new house with hard floors. It’s been an underwhelming experience. Little to no suction…. Ability to pick up debris is very limited. I think this would be the type of vaccum you’d get yr housebound grandmother to catch dust bunnies in her parlor!

Handle hard to Hold

The vacuum is slim and small. However it feels heavy when holding because of the handle which is not comfortable. The handle is hard to grasp and hold. Then add the weight of the air filter and dirt container and the lightness is diminished.
