Great new hardwood floor vacuum

It’s fully articulating head makes it so easy to reach under cabinets. Dyson again provides another practical product that helps to simplify daily household cleaning needs!

I love my Omni-glide, but considering the overall simple construction and inexpensive materials, it is way over priced.

I love this Vacuum!!!

I absolutely love the Dyson Omni-Glide vacuum. It is so light yet strong and does a great job on our non-carpeted floors. I rarely need the stronger setting since it picks up most everything on the regular setting. Easy to clean out with the push of a button. Best of all, very lightweight so I find myself using it much more than my heavier vacuum. Well worth it!

It’s okay

It’s good for hard floors, but the suction is not as strong as I had hoped. Plus it doesn’t hold much dirt and bigger debris gets stuck and clogs it up. I was disappointed that it didn’t come with something to hang or keep the attachments together. I have to store them separately and will likely misplace them eventually. I had wanted a Dustin for a while, so I am a little disappointed with spending so much on this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Thank you for your review. The Omni-glide cord-free was designed for use on hard floors, and it's size makes it ideal for smaller homes, apartments and dorm rooms. The omni-directional soft roller head moves forward, backward and side-to-side on its 360 degree castors. The articulating neck on the floor tool allows the machine to lie completely flat to reach under all your low-profile furniture.
This model, due to its compact size, does have a smaller dust bin, which holds 0.2L. You may find that you need to empty the dust bin more frequently than you would on a larger model.

I’ve had this for a year now and I can’t explain how amazing it is. Please do yourself a favor and spend the money on this vacuum. It’s overall amazing. Lightweight. Easy to clean. Charge lasts a long time and it cleans like nothing I’ve ever had. Can’t say enough good about this Dyson vacuum

it is too hard to empty and clean it

emptying it is a headache. hair wraps around it and you have to put your hand inside and pull them out. other than that I love it. great suction, tiny and gets on charger easily and does not take too much space, very light and easy to maneuver around the house.

We're also thrilled to hear that you've found this machine to light weight and easy to use around your home. The dust cup is very small, just 0.05 gallons, and depending on your home and if you have any pets, or anyone with longer hair, you may find that the cup needs to be emptied more frequently. If debris is able to accumulate in the bin, that can cause dust, dirt or hair to get wrapped around the cyclone making emptying more difficult.

Amazing! Perfect on hard floors and long battery

This is my first Dyson, but the thing is awesome! It works great on hard floors and really gets all the dust up. The bin holds plenty, the battery life is enough for me to vacuum my 1500sq ft loft, or to thoroughly clean the SUV. No complaints, but not good for carpets (as expected).
I would recommend this to a friend!
