Great for Art

I love this tablet. I use it for digital art and the sPen is amazing. Works perfect with great pressure sensitivity and it comes with art program already installed (it has great brushes and I barely had to tweak it, super easy to learn)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago to upgrade from an old Ipad Pro I had. I was having issues with battery life and accessory compatibility and game across the new Galaxy Tabs. I have used samsung phones for a long time now so the Tab was familiar. I like the large screen, the UI is super fast, DEX mode makes it feel like a laptop when I need that, and its battery life is great. I only wish the aspect ratio was not 16:9. Holding it vertically makes it feel like a mega phone that can be challenging to use at times.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Great Multitasking Tablet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off I want to say that I did not expect the size of this tablet. I saw the specs but coming from a Galaxy tab s6 it threw me for a loop for how big it was. I'm not complaining because it actually comes in handy due to the excellent multi-tasking functionality. One of the main reasons why I use this tablet is to browse articles, social media or videos. With this tablet I'm able to do two or three of these things at the same time. I can even be on a web conferencing call while taking notes using Samsung notes.
The speed of this tablet is also excellent. It has to be if it wants to handle running two or three apps at the same time. And also allows me to stream Xbox games directly to my tablet seamlessly.
The expandable storage is also a plus. I can download all kinds of videos books or whatever to my tablet without worrying about running it out of space. It is very useful when taking long trips.
I also want to say that Samsung Dex is pretty useful. If I ever want to move up to the big screen I can very easily without worrying about transferring files to a different computer. My only issue with it is that it could be easier to switch between sounds coming from the tablet or the USB-C connection.
Overall this is a great tablet for tablet lovers and those who multitask.

Great Tablet

I would give this a 5, first Tablet and I think it i great, looks, performance, and I would give this a 5 rating, if I could get CAC reader working with the Tab S8 Plus. I bought so I could this for work while at home and on travel, vice taking a laptop. Told it would work, but haven't been able or found the right person for assistance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has a hot spot on the screen. Had the exact same issue on the S7 . In the same spot. Its located opposite of the camera. Google searches say it's related to the graphics processor being located under the screen there. Just avoid this tablet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i got mine when it came out. love it still getting use to the size difference from my tab s6.
only thing I miss is the case that covers the S pen and the try folding case.

128 gb for 5g ???? WH?

Why samsung is doing this to me. I want 5g and at least 525 gb 1tb preferably and 1tb sd card slot. That's y I didn't buy their note 20 with 128gb. I guess they want me to go with apple.
