Disappointed in design of control panel

This drawer microwave is installed in an island cabinet and I’m very disappointed that the lighted display only illuminates the clock and timer! It would be most beneficial to Have the entire control panel illuminated to operate the unit in any location high or low

Keypad shorted out again!

I love the look of this microwave. When it works, it works great but the keypad has now shorted out for the second time in less than a year. Of, course it's two days before Thanksgiving and cannot get it repaired until the middle of next week.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Static touch shorted out touch panel

Very disappointed with this microwave. Microwave melts the butter every time I use the soften butter function. Today, I touched the open button and a static shock from my finger completely shorted out the touch panel. It will not reset. A microwave touch panel should not short out that easily. This is something I have read has happened to other reviewers. This product was installed in April 2023, so less than a year ago. I have contacted for a repair but I am not confident that this will not happen again.

Love it, but having a problem after 3 times using.

I re really love the look of this microwave and the whole cafe collection. The microwave was recently installed and worked, we used it only 3 times and the 4th time, I hit the door close button and then the add 30 second button and the power went completely off. The plug into the outlet is grounded and the outlet is working. I tired the re set to no avail. Having the installer come back, but I am worried that the unit is defective. Is the other side of the power cord ( that I don’t have access to without un installing, connected internally to the unit, or does it plug in? If it’s connected internally, the. It’s definitely a problem with the new u it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worked great until it didn’t

Bought approximately 5 months ago. Assumed with a higher price tag that we would get a quality appliance. The magnetron already needs replaced, which is luckily under warranty. Did not expect issues this early on in the lifetime of the appliance.

Very Glitchy microwave

This microwave is very glitchy. The drawer started going in by itself. You would have to put your food in quickly or your hand would get pinched. Now that stopped and we have to push the close button twice for some reason.
