Ok but I wouldn’t buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the idea of this microwave but we’ve had issues since day 1. It occasionally chooses not to stay open and automatically closes before you can get your food in or out. The only way to stop it is to hold door open which doesn’t seem good for the mechanics. It also doesn’t seem to hold any programming to change power which is defaulted at 10 so things like popcorn burns before popping all the way. I also need to constantly turn mute off- seems to be defaulted ON which means no beeps when done. I love the design And wanted to stay with same brand but wish I picked another. I also wish this drawer open style came in platinum series to match my appliances. I gave this a 3 because it essentially works but has flaws.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are happy to provide guidance with this microwave drawer. We do not advise holding the door open manually as this can mess up the mechanics in the door. Simply press the Open button again if the unit is starting to close. We do advise checking the power level and setting prior to heating your items to ensure that you have it on the desired setting and power level. Your feedback is extremely important to us. No backlight on control panel. Defective part on control panel. No turntable.
