Didn't last with low use!

Love the drawer because it works great for someone who is not able to reach to counter top. Bought this in 2023 July and June of 2025 it is arching (sparks) and if course it is out of the manufacturers warranty. Not good. There are 2 of us and the use is minimal.

Sparks - another post, don’t buy!

This microwave sparks and the wheels are garbage. We’ve only had it for 2.5 years - hoping GE will do the right thing because at this point it’s a safety issue and going to catch our house on fire.
So disappointing as I see others have the same issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have recently remodeled our kitchen, and needed to do our best with the limited space we have. We decided on this drawer microwave, and we are very happy we did. Our other option would be to put a microwave up in the cabinet. I’m glad we went with the drawer microwave!!! The controls are easy to use, and the space is plenty for our meals. The glass touch controls and stainless steel front look great in our modern looking kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Stopped working

Had microwave installed in September… two months later and microwave stopped working. All buttons are non-responsive and drawer won’t open. Very disappointing to spend this amount on a microwave and having to deal with hassle of getting microwave repair after only having for a little over two months. Frustrating at best, total waste of money, overpriced and junk product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

drawer style is amazing

We installed it in a pantry cabinet, in between counter height - finally a microwave at perfect height and no bending or reaching up!! Functionality is amazing, love it!!
