Be warned. sparking / arc Issue just after 1 year

Unfortunately, soon after the 1 year mark, I have the same sparking / arc issue that is coming from the microwave corner. This is definitely a frustrating fault that seems to need a closer look by Cafe... this would be a 5 star review but I could not recommend this model due to such a careless product design.
This product should be recalled and I can't wait to see if there is going to be a class action against them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the microwave ! But aesthetically to go with the rest of the café appliance handles, the built-in drawer microwave should also have a handle just for looks. It looks very plain with the rest of my café appliances!

Love this microwave not the control panel

I love the sleek look of the drawer microwave. It works great. The only disappointing thing is the control panel does not light up just the clock

Faulty unit

We ordered our appliances over a year ago but because of a bad contractor, our project was stalled. When it was completed in April every appliance worked except the microwave. Something about a faulty display or processor? We asked for a new one but were denied. It’s been a month and still no working microwave

Very Nice Drawer Microwave

Love the drawer microwave. First time with one that's not over the oven. Quiet, sleak design. My one complaint is that it is not eqipped with the wi-fi capability like the other 5 Cafe devices I bought.
I would recommend this to a friend!
