Faulty unit

We ordered our appliances over a year ago but because of a bad contractor, our project was stalled. When it was completed in April every appliance worked except the microwave. Something about a faulty display or processor? We asked for a new one but were denied. It’s been a month and still no working microwave

Very Nice Drawer Microwave

Love the drawer microwave. First time with one that's not over the oven. Quiet, sleak design. My one complaint is that it is not eqipped with the wi-fi capability like the other 5 Cafe devices I bought.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I’m loving this microwave, it looks great in my new kitchen, and I love the open and close feature. It’s sleek and has a smooth open and close drawer type door. I like the sensor settings for different types of dishes.
