Product sucks. It stopped working after 7 months. Very frustrating for what you pay for it.

If your microwave oven has stopped working, we recommend hard resetting the appliance by either unplugging it or flipping the breaker off for 2-3 minutes then turning it back on.

Disappointing Experience with Non-Functiona

I recently purchased a GECafe microwave with high hopes for a reliable kitchen appliance. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment it was installed, the microwave failed to heat anything. The lack of functionality has not only caused inconvenience but also wasted valuable time in attempts to troubleshoot. I expected a basic level of quality and reliability, especially considering the reputable company. Now I am tasked with service appointments to attempt to fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We absolutely love our GE Cafe appliances. They look beautiful in black with our newly renovated kitchen. The only reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because I wish the build-in refrigerator would have been offered in the same matte black finish as my other appliances. They work beautifully and the built-in microwave is awesome!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Been using our cabinet microwave for around 2 months not only does I look clean and stylish. The cook is very quick and even very easy to use and easy to clean.

I haven’t figured out all the various options on this microwave. Love the fact it is a drawer type. And easy to get things in and out.
