We bought the microwave a year ago and have had the microwave installed for less than a year. It is already sparking in the back somewhere when reheating food. Off gassing like burning electrical...now I get to start the process of getting it repaired...

Sleek looking microwave

Nice looking microwave. The black matte matches our Ilve black matte induction range perfectly. Would have given a 5 star rating if not for 1). No back light on microwave buttons for easier reading and 2). Since this microwave meant to be a built-in, very easy to activate buttons with just a brush of your leg. Not huge issues though and both I was aware of when researching. Would definitely recommend

Disappointing Experience with Non-Functiona

I recently purchased a GECafe microwave with high hopes for a reliable kitchen appliance. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the moment it was installed, the microwave failed to heat anything. The lack of functionality has not only caused inconvenience but also wasted valuable time in attempts to troubleshoot. I expected a basic level of quality and reliability, especially considering the reputable company. Now I am tasked with service appointments to attempt to fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
