Nice looking

After 2 weeks only , it began having issues with the drawer opening and then closing right away. Now off and on, the digital pad won't accept time but asks what food type. The electronics are already failing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

New microwave drawer is great!

The GE Cafe microwave drawer model takes some getting used to if you’ve been using a counter top model with door, but it’s really perfect for seniors like me and my husband. It’s easy to get food in and hot food out. The controls are easy to read and locating it near the table makes it very convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Door closes immediately

Everything about the new microwave meets our expectations except that the door will sometimes close immediately upon opening. Unfortunately, seems to be a somewhat common issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far it is working as expected. Little smaller than my previous over stove microwave but so far it’s been enough space. Keys are very sensitive so I’m glad it has a key lock. Cleans easy and without smudges which is a plus.

I've only had this microwave for a month, but I have found it to be convenient to use, and reliable for cooking in the expected length of time. It looks beautiful in my island. My friends are jealous!

Beautiful, but...

This is a beautiful product, it works well, well but after using it for 3 months now it has not lived up to the massive price tag. Its very beautiful, extremely well built and so far the slide drawer has been smooth as butter but in the end it really hasnt done much more for me than any countertop microwave. The sensor cook has been a fun experiment, ive found it does far better with food in glassware vs plastic. I really like it and would give my support to the product and the company. I dont have a problem shelling out money for quality and innovative products or else i wouldnt have paid 1600 for a microwave. However, with that said this has not lived up to the price tag. Has great microwave features but it stops there, nothing to set this apart.
