Open and Close Issue

We have had an intermittent open and close issue with this product. The door does not stay open and will automatically close without pressing close button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, so good

We've only recently had our kitchen remodel complete, so we haven't been using this unit a lot yet, but we are really happy with it. Not sure I'd go back to an over the range unit again. The drawer is so convenient for my mother-in-law who could barely reach the old one. Very quiet and lots of features.

We love our cafe microwave! It’s simple and easy to use. The lock prevents my son from opening and closing the drawer. Love that the open/close is done by pressing a button. We noticed when cooking popcorn that the writing in the bag got on the bottom part of our microwave. I was able to wipe is off after scrubbing hard. I’m not sure if it’s the brand of popcorn or the microwave itself. I will have to try other popcorn bags to find out. Overall works well and great appliance!

Looks great and we thought it was great...until

So randomly. After 3 months of awesome joyful use. It's sparking inside. It's clean. There's nothing inside and it's sparking from the corner of the sliding tray. They clearly rushed to build during the pandemic shortage and created subpar products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not only is my microwave beautiful, it is efficient and cooks my food evenly. I love the lock controls since it is in reach of little fingers. I waited a long time to receive this but it was worth every minute!
