Best thing ever

Short people love to cook and use the microwave, with the drawer microwave it’s perfect. Right at my level. Not to mention all the counter space you gain.

Drawer Microwave

Super convenient with accessible location under counter. Love being able to use 13x9 pan in the roomy drawer. The touch pad is very sensitive, so bumping into it sometimes does unintentionally start settings but doesn't actually start the microwave. Installation was a bit of a challenge with sketchy instructions regarding space requirements and placement. Looking forward to diving into all its features.

Open and Close Issue

We have had an intermittent open and close issue with this product. The door does not stay open and will automatically close without pressing close button.

So far, so good

We've only recently had our kitchen remodel complete, so we haven't been using this unit a lot yet, but we are really happy with it. Not sure I'd go back to an over the range unit again. The drawer is so convenient for my mother-in-law who could barely reach the old one. Very quiet and lots of features.
