Love the Drawer

This is our first drawer microwave oven and we just love the functionality. While it provides all/ more features of above counter microwaves it saves countertop space and is a “cool” addition to the kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has not worked correctly since new.

Open and close button do not work. Trying to get repaired since we have 1yr warranty but GE cannot seem to schedule date or time with a company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good looking, very powerful, lacks backlit panel

An excellent-looking microwave fits perfectly with the Cafe line. Very powerful. It lost 1 star for the lack of a backlit panel to see the buttons at dark.

For a high end device this microwave misses the mark. The keys aren’t backlit, the door is anything but smart requiring that you hit close after you’ve keyed in the the cook function and time you want, lastly no WiFi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Totally missed the mark.

I was so excited to get my Cafe' appliances but this microwave totally missed the mark! We purchased the fridge, dishwasher drawer and this microwave. The matte white is NOT the same as the others in the series and there is NO trim kit available for standard cabinets.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All of our appliances are meant to mesh well with one another in your home, especially if they are all in the same finish. Lighting can play a huge role in how a finish is perceived. Also, you're correct, this model does not have trim kits associated with it.
