Excellent on all counts

This is a beautiful unit that performs very well. We were concerned about reviews that said this unit is loud; we later learned this was NOT an issue! As a result of those reviews, we first bought a different range. That range looks similar to this unit but does NOT bake well at all! Three of those ranges came and went from our home ... none of them ever got to the set temperature. Baking was impossible. Then we replaced it with this Bosch, which bakes beautifully, getting to temperature and holding it within acceptable range. The cooktop is intuitive and quieter than other induction units we've used. And that oven fan noise? It is quieter than other convections ranges we've owned. Highly recommend this range.

Great Induction Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed this stove. The three stand alone burners plus the dual burner means that we never run out of space to have pots/pans going when making dinner. The only downside is the stove/oven itself is surpringly smaller than some other stoves within this 36" size range. There have also been some little hiccups with the machine randomly turning off a burner while we cook which just requires us to turn it back on so its a bit off putting. We have had this stove for a couple months and this only happened 2-3 times within that time frame so not very common but it did catch our attention.
Overall, i would recommend this stove as the inductions burners are extremely intuitive and cooking on it still doesnt get old!

Mostly like my 36-inch induction range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love: 1. large cooktop surface with plenty of room for pans/skillets & the dual burner for my rectangular griddle. 2. the bright red temperature indicators that show on the cook surface. 3. the quick pre-heating oven & the very large oven cavity that accomodates side-by-side dutch ovens that I use for baking my sourdough bread.
Tolerate: 1. the difficulty knowing if pan/skillet is centered on the induction spot because the cross-bars are completely covered by the pan/skillet. 2. when stirring, the smoothness of the cooktop allows the pan/skillet to move away off of the induction spot.
Really dislike: the small print settings on the oven control knob which is partially under the cook surface overhang, making it very difficult to see without bending down to eye level with the control knob.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than anything out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Took some time to get the unit due to backorder but the oven is huge and the sliding rack is a game changer along with the indusction top which that handles the griddle as well. We now love electric over gas as even chefs love cooking on this thing!

Beautiful design but disappointing performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range arrived non-functioning and required 3 service visits only to eventually require a complete replacement. After several weeks of that process, we used the oven and found it to have a surprisingly noisy fan that has established a vibration/rattle over the last 2 uses. The cooktop has been flawless. So, it looks great and the induction works fine but I find myself looking to use my air fryer rather than turn on the oven because of the expectation that we will get more noise than we want.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud Oven Fan

Dumb - but works

In this day and age (and at this price point), I was surprised to find out the Bosch HIS8655U Induction Range has no wifi, no app, no smart ANYTHING. When the power goes out, you even have to set the clock.
I would recommend this to a friend!
