Was working great, loved the paninis, than suddenly stopped working ! Nothing, no heat no nothing ! Will miss the paninis !

Overall it’s a great toaster. This is obviously for those interested and aware that this is a luxury purchase. The only issues I had was that sometimes it burns the item you have even if the heat level is set to medium. The other is finger prints are very visible on the brushed platinum. And lastly if you are heating a thick frozen waffle, sometimes it’s still cold in the middle and burns a little on the outside.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’m better than everyone

I got this toaster as a wedding gift and basically think I am better than everyone. It’s sleek look on my counter with big digital screen is always a great conversation starter to remind my friends they are peasants. Not to mention the customized toasting in seconds, the beautiful digital screen is the clock that I rely on because I can see it from further away than the microwave or oven. Cleaning it is super easy and my daughter can cook an ego after school without having to worry the house is going to go up in flames like a traditional toaster. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Two Words: Avocado Toast!!!

This toaster gives me joy - from the screen that shows me that my bread is heating, then browning then crisping to perfection, (I actually really enjoy watching the toast get toaster!) to the myriad of choices of items to be toasted. My favorite is sourdough bread. Yes, sourdough bread is a separate item on the selection list! Some magic happens after I select sourdough and 'fresh' and the toaster toasts my sourdough bread to the perfect crunch. And this perfectly crispy crunch of sourdough bread is necessary to create the most perfect avocado toast. And finally I have found the toaster that delivers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Warranty not long

I bought this expensive toaster about 16 months ago … worked fine up until now . The basket stopped descending and this causes the toast not done. Work fine in 2020 stop after warranty expired

This is a great toaster when it works. Half the time even though the display functions act like they are working, down goes the bread but the elements never turn on. I’ve found the only way around this is to unplug then plugging it back in.
Only toaster I’ve ever owned that acts this way. 😕
