After my first toaster had issues, your team shipped a brand new replacement free of charge. No hassle, polite customer service folks. Most importantly, trusting the customer. We loved the toaster both for functionality as well as the high tech looks. The design is spot on for a modern day kithen.

Great toaster

My wife and 7 year old son love this toaster. It is very easy and fun to use. We had an issue where the touch screen stopped working after about a year. It looked perfect but wasn't registering touch. Revolution customer service sent out a new one with no questions asked and I mailed our original one back to them in the replacement's box. The new one works great. It's one of those times when you pay more for something and the customer service completely makes up for the cost. I would buy again no question.

I originally purchased the sandwich press as a solo item. Later, after reading the reviews on the Revolution R270 I purchased it as a bundle with both the press and the warming rack.
Honestly, it is the best toaster I have ever owned. I do recommend this toaster to my friends and family. Worth the price of admission.

After just a few weeks of use, I can honestly say I love this toaster. Finally, a toaster smart enough to toast evenly on both sides! It's like finding the holy grail of toasters! We routinely use different kinds of bread, English muffins, bagels, and frozen waffles. I'm still learning that I don't have to put the toast setting very high to get it right. This toaster is smart and fast. Did I say fast? It really is.

We've had the toaster for a few months now and I love all the features. I've been using it almost daily (we have the toastie press too) and I appreciate the variety of customizations (everything from frozen waffle to fresh sourdough bread). The toaster settings come out pretty accurate. It does the job and it looks great on the countertop!

best to take notes of the different breads and settings-my only small detail on how to improve the toaster would be to have humidity sensors one for each side of the two slices of bread so as the bread accumulates humidity in the fridge the humidity sensors would read the humidity level and correct the duration of the toasting...

I think my old basic toaster worked better. This toaster looks great and has lots of technology but I cannot toast a frozen bagel and have it come out edible. It is completely frozen inside. If you keep toasting it, it eventually burns before the inside is defrosted. I am disappointed especially given the price.
