Awesome toaster with excellent features

I'm really happy with this toaster. It took a little while to get used to the interface, but it's really smooth once you get the hang of it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I LIKE THE TOASTER VERY WELL. ENJOYING THE CONTROL OVER WHICH BREAD IT IS AND HOW BAD I WANT TO TOAST.

Works Well Until it Doesn't!

I bought this model in December of 2022. Today, Nov 2, 2024, (23 months later) I went to toast my waffles and realized the screen was frozen. I said to myself "surely this is a fluke" and when I could not get it to work, I looked up the troubleshooting area online. It stated to unplug for 30 seconds and then plug back in; I even tried 30 minutes later and to no avail. The screen went back to the toaster options but I could not select anything thing as the screen there was frozen as well. It then went to the "R" Home Screen and stayed there, unable to come out of it!! I am highly disappointed on it's lifespan of this machine super expensive appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
