I wish there was an option for thicker bread like artistio bread, to get it even a tish crispy it needs to cook longer without getting black. I have to turn it to level 6 to get it golden and the inside just reminds me of mushy toast.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for the feedback! The Revolution R270 does have an artisan bread selection that will add more cook time! If you go to your settings, you can select which bread types you want to appear on your home screen, artisan bread is an option! Hope this helps

Great Clock

I bought this Toaster bc of the smart home abilities but the Clock really surprised me and I hanged it on the wall bc i dont have a Clock and now the only time I need the Time I look at my Toaster on the wall

Touch screen froze, had to throw away after 2 year

I bought this toasted 22 months ago, so not quite 2 years. The touch screen froze and could not be restarted by just unplugging and plugging the device as suggested by the help line. Basically the toasted is garbage now. I also didn’t realize that you have to register the toaster within 30 days after purchase to extend the warranty from 1 year to 2 years. Basically the life time of this product is about 2 years. Keep this in mind when buying this expensive toy. Also do not forget to register the product to extend the warranty and maybe your product will stop working right before the 2 year warranty deadline and you can get a new one. I liked it while it lasted but it is quite expensive for just 2 year life, not even that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More than A Great Toaster

The Revolution R270 Toaster is an impressive product. The R270 has a large full graphic touch display to allow for the perfect toasting of any food item. There are many settings to choose from including a special settings for gluten free and large bagels. This toaster is smart. it can do repetitive cycles and not burn the foods. It also will tell you on the display when to empty the crumb tray.
What really makes this product are the extras like the warming rack that is perfect for warming a croissant, muffin or even a pizza slice. There is even a panini attachment to make a delicious grilled panini right in the toaster. It works perfectly with crisp toast, warm meat center and melted cheese. There are even the tradition grill marks. Clean up is simple with the non stick panini tray.

This toaster is amazing, it’s easy to use and I never have to toast it multiple times or burn anything! If you have kids it’s so helpful to be able to just click start and walk away and not worry about your food getting burnt, which may be my favorite part! An added bonus is it looks great on my counter and is a wonderful addition to our breakfast nook.

Top 3 reasons to love this toaster
1 - SPEED - how often are you waiting for something to toast while you are TOO HUNGRY TO WAIT! This toaster is MUCH faster than you are used it, it heats up fast and spits out the perfect toast no matter what you are toasting
2 - USABILITY - The touch screen UI is Awesome - so simply designed and easy to use! It gives you the ability to choose what your toasting and how toasted you'd like it. It shows you examples of how each will come out so you know what you're in for even if it is your first time using it.
3 - PERFECT CRISP - This toast is unlike your usual dried out bread, it is able to perfectly crisp the outside while maintaining a soft and fluffy center. This is especially helpful for an english muffin or a bagel when you are looking for a fluffy/squishy center.
