Pricey but a good product. Getting used to the different settings takes awhile just like any other cooking device. We mostly use it for bagels. Not cooking the bagel equally on both sides like older toasters is a bonus; improves the taste of bagels.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I received this as a gift with all the accessories. Love the panini press! Grilled ham and cheese in minutes - no skillet required!
