Rattling noise

I like my Speed Queen products for their simplicity and durability. That said, the new dryer has a rattling sound that is supposedly known to Speed Queen. I also emailed them an example I found on YouTube. I'm still waiting for the local service provider to schedule a visit to fix the noise. They said they were waiting for parts from Speed Queen for the known issue. Hoping to hear soon, it's been over 2 weeks. I like the dryer, but can't rate highly based on this experience. A brand new product should not have such an issue. It's also annoying to buy a high priced product and now be inconvenienced. A customer's time and inconvenience should be worth something.

unit has a very annoying squeal when the agitator is washing. I called a seviceman out and he said it would probably go away in a few months. It hasn't gone away nor has it gotten any better and i will be calling again after I give it some more time.

It’s only 3 weeks in. It should be a good washer/dryer for the price. I love that it’s 100% made in the USA. Love it’s simplicity.
