Little disappointed

The end of cycle buzzer is so low, that it cannot be heard in next room! Called technician out to check it. He said that’s as loud as they come. The automatic cycle does not seem to get EVERYTHING dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sure thing in a Dryer

The saying "there is no such thing as a sure thing" did not own a Speed Queen. I started my research with a large appliance repair company, asking them the brands with least calls for repairs. Speed Queen without any hesitation was the answer. This went along with the rest of my research before purchase.

My overall experience is good, I just haven't figured out how much softener to put in the agitator, as it spills out and stains my clothes long after it's supposed to be gone. I don't put much in but at the clean up process there it is dripping out the agitator and staining my clothes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dryer just works. It does not overheat; it dries completely in a relatively short period of time. What's NOT to like!!!

Nothing beats quality in manufacturing!

This is a very dependable gas dryer. This dryer was purchased over other companies because of reputation for longevity. Speed Queen products are built to last. The only slight criticism I have is that the lint screen seems a little flimsy and might not hold up very long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Performance good, quality of tub poor.

We are happy that this appliance as far as washing goes. we are not happy with the fact that after one wash the "stainless" tub became very tarnished. Speed Queen sent out another tub and the same thing happened. Speed queen have not contacted us as to what's causing this. Normal everyday clothes, we even have a water filter. We think the "stainless" tubs are defective. It is like buying a new car and the paint appears sand blasted. We wish they would get back to us to address this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will only buy Speed Queen

Already had the washer so it was a no brainer to get the dryer. I am so satisfied with the quality and performance of these machines that I wouldn't even think of buying another brand.
