Absolutely the best dryer I have ever owned. My only negative is that I wish the lint filter was removable.

Dryer has a big drum, great for quilts. I don't like the control knob. I'm using the timed setting. There's no defined setting clicks to indicate which time setting you're on. For the cost of the dryer Speed Queen could have done better. It also took 9 months to receive the dryer. I'm only across the sate of Wisconsin, Tomah. I'm also not totally happy with the companion washing machine. The rinse cycle could have been a little longer. I guess I bought the brand name.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love my Speed Queen machines

These machines wash and dry my clothes without torturing them. They come out clean and the dryer dries them beautifully without wrinkles.

Very well made. My last machine would scratch easily and the metal used in manufacturing of it was not the best. This was a well known brand too. My Speed Queen is made like a tank, very durable. I love the drying selections and the buzzer that can be adjusted for loudness.
The drum is quite large and is lighted inside also, very nice!

Dryer great, but timer nonfunctional.

The dryer is great, I am really happy with the performance, but the timer doesn't work on any setting so the dryer does not automatically stop. Waiting for the installation crew to come back and fix it.
