I purchased the TR7 model 3 months ago and they have worked wonderfully, I love the simplicity of the units and their compact size.

Okay dryer

My dryer's sensor doesn't work; the clothes are dry in half the time so I have to monitor and remove them. If I leave them in they get over-dry even in the damp dry cycle. The help line told me to contact the seller. The seller said that the sensors always work so just monitor the performance and call for service if it doesn't improve. So, it's an okay dryer but quality is questiionable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Purchase

We bought this set because we only have a certain amount of space. However, it is the best and has great features. I love the inside the door lint catcher. I love the countdown timer. The Pet Hair Remover seems to work well.

Best Dryer - Came with issues....

I love my Speed Queen washer and so it was a no-brainer to purchase their dryer for my family of 7. That said 1 week into use and it is VERY squeaky the belt, wheels, and some other parts are all to be replaced. I think this is a faulty unit. Thank goodness for their amazing warranty.
