My clothes smell and feel better than ever!

I am really shocked by the difference in clean I notice! We had to replace an old set and figured we would buy American and I can safely say I'll never buy another brand as long as I live!

The permanent cycle that we use is stuck on 21 minutes. We had a service call on it and the tech said that was correct. My wife and I are quite confused as to why.

Great quality, very good drying, when the machine first starts it makes a strange noise lasting about 2 minutes then disappears.

I want my Whirlpool back

Why would I ever want to make my clothes "near dry"? To create an appliance with four levels of dryness is truly overkill. You folks were trying to engineer a product that had more buttons than any other manufacturer. What for? A dryer tumbles clothes in one of several heat settings. Your moisture sensor is a joke. The clothes finish up damp EVEN WHEN "DRY" IS SELECTED. I doubt that I will ever use the pet settings even though I have a new Cocker puppy. I doubt that I will ever use the steam options and why couldn't you include a hose for hooking that up? I had to go online to find out the particulars of the "Ecodry" option - there was nothing in the manual. My conclusion was that Ecodry just doesn't dry your clothes. Are you supposed to take them out of the dryer and hang them up on a clothesline? Even with "Extended Tumbling" the clothes come out damp. My last beef has to do with your appliance's dimensions. Would it have been so hard to make them the same size as everybody else's? These skinny things look like they don't belong in this space. I have three new gaps for kids' socks and ping pong balls to get lost in. On the plus side, I found the lint filter easy to clean. Way to go!!

This is our first Speed Queen purchase and we couldn't be more pleased. I really like the steam feature on the dryer and the pet hair remover feature, along with all the eco settings. Looking forward to having this dryer for many years to come!
