We like the machine but needed service shortly after we purchased. We are having a VERY HARD time getting one of their approved service companies to respond and are getting little help from the speed Queen help center
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I cannot express how happy I am with my new washer and dryer set. I am amazed at the efficiency, preprogrammed options available to select and the amazing job they both do in such a short amount of time. I have never owned a washer dryer set that compares to my new Speed Queens. Thank you for such a great product.

Fantastic machine.
We purchased a new home and included was a GE washer and Dryer. The Washer broke down 7 times in the first year.

After buying the washer first we still had and old dryer and it burn up so we decided to purchase the matching dryer speed queen and we love both of them with worry free operation .The warranty guarantee will keep us with piece of mind for many absolutely the best washer and dryer ever
