Excellent quality, ease of use, gets my clothes clean and not as wet when putting in dryer. The wash cycle is just the right amount of time. My husband regrets putting off purchasing the washer and dryer set. Guess it's a man thing ha ha.

Dryer is solidly built and has no problems handling anything I put it in so far. I really like the lint filter inside the door instead of on top like I always had before.

I love its simplicity and that it works so well. I had a Speed Queen dryer before I purchased this one. As far as I’m concerned, Speed Queen is the best on the market!

Excellent with a few design flaws

Excellent overall machine that performs well. The only exception in the lint filter. There needs to be a gasket of some sort to prevent lint from getting underneath it. I need to remove it with a wrench every week or so to prevent the bypass lint from building up in the exhaust dryer vent. This is unacceptable for a machine in this price range, I reported it and they sent an insert for the top of the lint filter which does nothing to help the filter seal around the filter edges, but was a nice gesture. Other people have complained about this same problem online so there is obviously a design flaw.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this washer with an agitator. And I love the knobs. Not the new computerized buttons.Really cleans clothes. It is not a quiet washer but it's worth the money.

Our Son gifted us with this new Speed Queen washer and dryer. What a blessing. It is amazing how quite they are and the load size is so much larger than our old units. [FYI: It only cost 10% more to go First Class]
