You would think buying a new appliance and for the hefty price, it wouldn't be so loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Machine feels well made and is sturdy. There is no clanging of the drum when going into spin cycle w/ heavy duty loads. Clothes are clean and very well wrung out after spin cycle. Stain cycle really does get the stains out . So happy with my purchase!. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a new washing machine.

New dryer

Very well built dryer, no rattling or vibration during use. Dries quickly, however, one month in it stopped heating. Think it needs a timer. Plan to see if the dealer will exchange for the top model. We bought the top model washer and it’s amazing. Our clothes are cleaner than they have been for 30 years. We have had a few front loaders.

says its a commercial heavy duty and it is. does blankets, towels and protective pads on beds that i used to take to laundry mat. worth the extra money.
