We bought the TC500 and the DC500 and love them both! The dryer dries really well and the interior light is an added bonus!

Good dryer but…….

It dries good but I got it in December 2023 and when it’s drying sometimes it gets hung up and want turn off when it’s suppose to. One time it dryed clothes all night. I have to watch it like a hawk.

Hello, Trimgirl. We understand you've noticed the dryer running for longer than intended. We'd first recommend checking that everyone is only turning the cycle selector knob clockwise. Since it's only designed to operate this direction, turning it counterclockwise could impact the timer and thus the drying times. If this still occurs after checking this, we'd recommend connecting with us directly for further assistance. No gimmicks such as WiFi enabled. I have enough WiFi connections without adding my washer and dryer. Clothes get totally wet and clean. No longer spritzing my laundry with a little water here and there. Full loads are once again completed within 35 minutes on average.
