Since I’ve only had this machine for a few weeks, I can only give my initial impression. It has a very large drum and dries extremely well on the Eco setting. I prefer the analog dials to digital displays as they should hopefully be less prone to failure and easier to repair if they should fail. The machine is substantial, unlike lighter weight machines that move when you close the door.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The door only opens to the side so when I’m putting the clothes in the dryer sometimes my clothes fall on the floor. No other option available. Prefer the door to open downwards. Not sure why but my dryer sheets do not work very well in the electric dryer model. Previously I had a gas whirlpool that always kept the smell. Not sure why but the electric takes longer to dry than my old gas whirlpool
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Speed queen washer - made in the USA

We got rid of our LG front loaders and bought speed queens. So far the clothes have been washed very well , we could not be happier so far. We are a family of 5, so the wash machine gets heavy use. Also love that is is made in Wisconsin USA!

Machine is much faster than the Maytag that it replaced and does a much better job of rinsing the detergent from the wash.
