Best dryer I ever purchased. I would recommend it to my family and friends. The dryer is efficient and there are no bells and whistles just back to basics.

Hard to understand settings

The setting knobs are hard to understand and we got no paperwork explaining how to use them. Consequently, the dryer has not been adequately drying and we are frustrated with trying to learn it by trial and error.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A little disappointed!

Though we were getting the best dryer made and not real happy with it so far. Seems to take an exorbitant amount of time to get clothes dried.
