so far so good I purchased this product because it was made in the U.S.A. for reliability and quality, I haven't owned it long enough (2 months) to really know the quality yet ,I am concerned with customer service I've corresponded with them regarding an issue (scratches) but haven't heard back for at least 2 weeks, overall it seems to be a really nice running machine

A great washer and also purchased the dryer. I just wish I could add a little more water to the wash cycle. I just got a new set..my old set was 14 years old..

These machines are not only fast, they clean and dry thoroughly. They are well built, and although they are not "whisper quiet", they are not overly loud, either...its a WORK HORSE of excellent quality...and you GET what you PAY for. I absolutely LOVE my new washer and dryer!
